Support Our Teams
There are lots of ways you can help support WCCA Robotics — and you don’t need to know anything about robots to make a difference!
Follow Us
One of the easiest ways to help is to follow us on social media. Liking our videos, commenting, and sharing them helps us reach more people!
Donate
Robots are kind of expensive! Your donations help us purchase parts, register for competitions, and travel to tournaments.
Volunteer
We need volunteers! There are roles for everyone, whether or not you have a technical background.
Volunteer Opportunities
Assistant Coach
You can be an assistant coach — and you don’t need to know anything about robotics or engineering. Assistant coaches help with supervision, logistics, and encouraging students. Your presence makes a huge difference!
Mentor
A mentor is someone with expertise in a specific area who can help our teams. That area could be something engineering-related like:
- Programming (Python, Java, or just general coding concepts)
- Computer-Aided Design (CAD)
- Custom fabrication (3D printing, machining, etc.)
But there are also many non-technical areas where mentors could help:
- Project management
- Fundraising
- Marketing & social media
- Brainstorming & creative problem solving
